Our dentist and team are committed to helping your child maintain a healthy smile and learn good oral habits. We, along with the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, recommend that you bring your child to meet the dentist as soon as their first tooth comes in or no later than their first birthday, then to schedule and keep regular appointments for your child’s dental cleanings and exams every six months after their initial visit.
We understand that your child may feel stressed, anxious or uncomfortable in the dental office, and we go the extra mile to help them feel more at ease during their appointment. We maintain a positive and welcoming environment, and each member of our team is caring and gentle. Helping children build trusting relationships with our dentist and team is important to ensuring their comfort both now and in the future so that they can avoid dental anxiety and receive the care they need without difficulty.
In addition to providing your child with preventive care and other treatments at our office, we will also help you teach your child the best ways to brush and floss so that they can establish good oral hygiene habits at home and keep their mouth and smile healthy. We are here to be a resource for you in caring for your child’s oral health as they grow and develop, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
